Sameer Panjwani marked his foray into the World Wide Web by developing a website at an early age of 14. While he did not spend too much time on pursuing his initial site because of having to focus his attention on schooling, he got back to the field in 2004 when he started planning his new ventures online.

He single-handedly developed and launched a U.S. targeted real estate portal, ChoiceofHomes.com, in January, 2005. The site served as a launching pad and from there he grew in his experiences in the field of online marketing, which subsequently led to the formation of an online marketing related portal DirectoryMaximizer.com in September, 2006. The portal offered a subset of the vast array of online marketing services available, but it was the focus on this niche that led to the company’s growth. The website has been a huge success and has been widely appreciated by it’s base of more than 17,000 active clients (as of May, 2011) all over the world. Not satisfied with just these services, he then went on to create and develop more internet marketing related services like SocialMaximizer.com, DirectoryCritic.com and SEOIntelligence.com with many more services in the pipeline.

Today, he is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the business apart from managing the technology and marketing side of the business. He plays a vital role in the programming and development activities of new services that are part of the company’s vision for the future, while also formulating the overall marketing strategies for the business.

Suresh P.

Director

Suresh Panjwani, carries into the organization with him his rich experience as an entrepreneur who has successfully run garment export houses in Hong Kong, Taiwan and Czech Republic spanning a period of over 18 years from 1980. Prior to venturing out on his own, he worked with large garment houses in Hong Kong during which period he garnered experience and exposure to the industry.

His role in the organization is that of serving as a consultant and advisor to the strategic development of the business. He brings his expertise of client acquisition and contract negotiations to the fore in this business. His vast experience of successfully managing businesses not only lends stability to the company, but also reassures that the business’ growth strategy is in the right hands.

In addition, he assists in the administrative tasks of managing the manpower requirements and keeping tab of the finances of the business. With entrepreneurial heritage by his side, he serves as a mentor to the junior members of the organization and helps in grooming them as potential future leaders of the business.

Chandni Lepcha Panjwani

VP – Business Operations

After completing her college, Chandni Panjwani first worked with a financial services company for 4 years, before joining Maximizer e-Services Pvt. Ltd. During the time she worked there, she climbed the ladder of success quickly, moving from an entry level position to a leadership position within the short span of time she was there in the organization.

When she joined Maximizer, she brought with her that expertise of management, operations and team handling. She has been instrumental in managing and streamlining all the core business operations, handling key accounts and engaging in strategic idea development for future services.

Few can match her passion for customer service and she has successfully inculcated this attitude in all the other members of the organization as well. In Maximizer, the customer always comes first and Chandni, as well as all the other team members believe in giving their best to the customer all the way, all the time!
